It’s a photoluminescent pigment used for sprinklingon the surface of road coating products to create various symbols on the road for nighttime safety.

Hi-gloss 4 is black vanish and corrosion protection paint, manufacture from bitumen or special asphalt with hydrocarbon solvents, it has good adhesion to many substrates; the dry film has high gloss odorless, flexibility and taint free.

Hi-gloss 4 has no pigment or filler.
