An asphalt ready mix high performance pavement / patching for deteriorated, potholes concrete or bituminous pavement surfaces. The repair shall make the surface be uniform, flexible and capable of retaining adhesive property to the substrates. Premix is composed of approved mineral aggregate and elastomeric modified asphalt capable for coating dry and wet aggregate without stripping.
